In hindsight, 2025 was a pretty rough year. Not only my burnout reached out its breaking point, my health was the worst it's ever been as well

Things changed a lot late November, when I was finally able to start anxiety and depression meds and began my recovery

I'm hopeful 2026 will be great! 💛✨

I was prescribed an insomnia medicine with my antidepressant, and today's the first day that I'll actually have to take it

I'm sure it's because family holidays are almost here and these always bring me a lot of anxiety

I've used Fourthwall once for on-demand merch before, and although I think it's pretty easy to use, I don't know if their pricing is competitive or if there's a better alternative for stickers and stuff

I can't really send them myself, so the service needs to have print on-demand and delivery 🤔💭

Anyone that owns a Kindle, how is it for reading before bed?

I want something more portable than a bunch of books to do before bed, and reading on a Kindle seems like a good one

I just want to stop using my phone before going to sleep, y'know, get a better rest routine and stuff

Started taking my meds today, they say things get worse before they get better, but there's a week-long adaptation period where I'll be taking only half a pill per day

So hopefully it won't be that bad before I get to see some results!
