Republicans are saying Dems want to fund health care to undocumented people. Medicaid and Medicare doesn’t cover undocumented people. Dems just want hospitals to get paid for providing services required by law, to anyone who shows up to an emergency room requiring services. Republicans are lying.

EMTALA is a federal law saying no one who needs care can be turned away from an emergency room. Republicans don’t want to pay hospitals if they provide emergency room services to the undocumented. Rural hospitals have to provide the service but can’t get paid. This is what’s up.

I’m not sure what more evidence we need that the Supreme Court is all in on MAGA. They are doing away with any check on this presidents ability to fire who ever he wants. Regardless of 100 years of precedent. We all know they will roll all of this back when there is a Democratic president.

There is nothing that ties this Supreme Court to any prior ruling. They are making law as they go along All based on their ideology and not precedent. It’s time to change how we structure the court.
