Emotions can be like a rotting wooden deck. You might be carefully tiptoeing on this rotten deck, attempting to not break the surface. If you let the rot grow, the deck could collapse at any moment, with you on it.
Instead, opt to tear down the rotten deck. Rebuild. It will be difficult.

Try to draw something "bad". Use this exercise to free yourself from all standards and expectations and just..draw. The hardest part is starting, so if you train yourself to not care about the results then it's easy to start, and easier to continue

I'm working on a story that discusses the complexities of human life through uncertainty. What are some questions you have for yourself that you feel would make life more simple if you had the answers?? I would love to hear some and be inspired.
