Researchers of the Nano-TCAD Group in collaboration with the Scalable Parallel Computing Laboratory (@csateth.bsky.social) have simulated a silicon nanoribbon transistor comprising 42,000 atoms. This earned them a nomination for the prestigious Gordon Bell Prize 2025.
