What is the point on saying: "We allow long distance hits" when you:

- Only allow them in Kursk
- Do not provide rockets that get to that distance
- Do not put some pressure on the other countries that can make a difference , such as Germany.

So it looks like this brand new beginning, outta the russian microsphere that Mr "Efficiency Department" has created so smartly it is a new chance to start over.
