Locked on Amazon is as about as preposterous a film as you can get. A man gets trapped inside a car. Anthony Hopkins keeps calling and tortures him. But it’s strangely very watchable and the performances throughout save the bonkers story. 3.5 poofs out of 5

I'm confused.
The UK Governement went after Apple to say they hold a monopoly on the App Store and commisions. In the EU they have forced Apple to open up the App Store to "other App Stores".
On my Playstation I can only download games from the Playstation Store.
What is the difference?
