If by any chance you are considering of taking the risk (i.e. making the mistake) of using a monorepo, just don’t use inferior, crappy systems. Go with Bazel it’s harder but at least it works.
Btw, monorepos are not for everyone, this is not a discrimination on skills but rather time and resources.

Today I got contacted about the sale of a domain in such coordinated way, I got a message on LinkedIn, on the contact form of the page and in some known emails we use. I was amazed by the consistency of sending all these. Are there tools out there facilitating that?
