Q: Do you agree with Trump saying we should 'nationalize' elections?

THUNE: I think the president has clarified what he meant by that, and that is that he supports the SAVE Act

(That is not what he meant)

THUNE: Um, again, I'm not aware of what she was doing down there, so maybe that's a question she can answer

The DOJ is in violation of the Epstein Files Transparency Act. The victims have been violated again.

Congress must hold the DOJ accountable, along with every perp. The survivors deserve justice.

Speaker Johnson is lying.

He knows that counting mail votes is not “magic” or “fraudulent,” it is following the law.

Echoing these lies shows how beholden Johnson is to the Liar In Chief, but the Speaker of the House should be above such awful behavior.

This is disgraceful.
Mike Johnson on Trump calling for Rs to "nationalize" elections: "We had 3 Republicans who were ahead on election day in last cycle & every time a new tranche of ballots came in they just magically whittled away until their leads were lost. It looks on its face to be fraudulent. Can I prove it? No"

Trump is terrified of going to prison. Just imagine him there. Not some country club, but perhaps Leavenworth. Can you imagine this? The boys in general population would just LOVE him. He'd be somebody's bitch real quick!

After reading this, a better headline is “Trump and Gabbard Obstruct Whistleblower for 8 Months Citing Executive Privilege and Claiming it’s “Too Classified for Congress.”
WSJ Exclusive: A U.S. intelligence official has alleged wrongdoing by Tulsi Gabbard in a whistleblower complaint that is so highly classified it has sparked months of wrangling over how to share it with Congress, according to U.S. officials and others familiar with the matter.

Taylor Rehmet’s stunning victory in Texas by flipping a +17 Trump district can’t be overstated. He’s the first Democrat in 35 years to win this district, and he won by 14 points — despite the GOP outspending him by over $2 million. Democrats have now won or overperformed in 240 of 269 key elections.

I’m confused by the WSJ assertion that there’s no known precedent for delaying a whistleblower report. I can think of two other times Trump officials delayed whistleblower reports to Congress off the top of my head: the demotion of Brian Murphy in 2020, and the Trump/Zelensky call in 2019. 1/
