The time of the long silence is over. After much sweat, blood and tears, we have secured all the rights back exclusively to the film (September 2024). Now in process of working on "The Director's Cut" for Q1 2025 release.
Timelapse #1 for Director's Cut in the can!!! ICame across this lucky frame.Gives a sense of how much detail we capture even before our image processing pipeline. Likely a crow with white feathers but let us know if you know better.

Timelapse #1 underway! After 2 nights of weather delays, location changes, we've figured out how to get our typical suburban night sky dusk to dawn timelapse mounting a camera outside three story window. So far, so good, 12 hours to go.

One of the more beautiful images taken with the Curiosity Rover’s black and white Navigation Cameras. This was taken on Sol 3324 while driving through “Maria Gordon Notch” in December 2021.

Full video! Next test of $350 12K timelapse solution night dynamic range i.e. can it capture dim stars when the moon is visible. We are still seeing stars despite moon, light pollution and relatively short exposures. So success!!!

One of my favorite sequences from the film, we just got everything right, from volunteer Judy Schmidt's amazing Hubble image processing work to the whole teams' work, the shot is beautiful in motion
