So, I use Libreoffice, and in the addon linguist which can count every word in a document and shows you how often you use it (I use it to fix over use of words)

Long day today, really wanna write, but I know I'm drained.
I'm in a weird position because I finished the rough draft for Book 1 before bluesky was available, so now I'm trying to split my attention, and it's not working out great.

There's no such thing as writing that is so bad that it cannot be salvaged. Think about it. Any string of words and be shuffled around, edited and modified. By that logic, even the worst of the worst can be polished into something great with enough time.
