My wife got an air fryer for Christmas and I have been cooking everything I can think of in it. It’s so much fun. Here are some of my creations so far.

Every Friday I meet my family for coffee at our local coffee shop and treats after work. Today was particularly exciting because today is the last day I have to work due to it being winter break combined with some extra vacation time.

I am super excited for Civilization VII to be released in February but it’s not lost upon me that I still don’t know how to play Civ VI after racking up almost 100 hours in it in 8 years. 🙃

Controversial take: iPhones don’t have 3.5mm headphone jacks and I could care less. Actually I am happy about it.
