The worst thing AI “artists” are stealing is the 3am disappointments, the staying up way too late to work on something you later have to scrap, the hours of tiny little frustrations & pain & failure everyone goes through to learn any art. They skip all that and just steal the end result for profit
It's time for slower art. The constant churn and grind pushed by techno capitalism has reached its inevitable conclusion with AI slop. Let's make our best work and be patient with our process. Let's release art that's worth stopping for and savoring. Let's show each other what humans can do
