Voice Update: I've had about a dozen or so lessons, and I'm feeling incredibly grateful for this journey I'm on.
Most notably, I've been acquiring a lot of self-awareness that I never had before. It feels like I'm unlocking things about myself and my voice that I never knew were possible.

My instructor helped me find my current comfortable range. I also learned some new exercises to try at home and healthy recovery tips.
