The more you meditate, the more you unconver about yourself, and can integrate about yourself. This will lead to feelings of bliss through self acceptance, its also deeply mindful and peaceful.

Ive meditated for long enough to know the cause of hate, its from not accepting yourself. The things you reject about yourself needs to be integrated in your personality. If everyone did this there would be far less war and new good multi billion dollar industries would profit from healthy people

Plenty of earths are becoming equilibrius all the time, for a larger equilibrium. We might not have a choice but for global destruction or healing, with all the mass torture, equilibrius would be an end to that. Maybe yellowstone will erupt soon?
