I need 15 more days of gym attendance to receive a full reimbursement from my employer. It’s getting harder to go gym as the temperature keeps going down.
Lesson learned. I need to hit the goal of gym attendance number before November, or by Thanksgiving Day.😔

先週日曜日やっとチューリップの球根植えて、火曜朝がコレ。ギリギリセーフ。
家の修繕やらで作業出来なくて遅くなったけれど、なんとかなったな。これだとさすがにリスも掘らないかな、しばらくは。
今冬はきちんと寒いので、チューリップがちゃんと咲きそう。

先週日曜日やっとチューリップの球根植えて、火曜朝がコレ。ギリギリセーフ。

Ellie’s activity today was mostly napping because the outside was cold and wet ❄️.
She even skipped the evening potty 💩. The upside is that she will definitely have 💩 tomorrow first in the morning.

I finally planted all tulip yesterday bulbs because winter weather is coming this week.
Last few winter had been warmer, and tulip didn’t bloom well at all. I almost gave up this year, then I heard this winter will be a cold one.
I hope all of them bloom well this coming Spring. 🌷

I donated platelets today at @americanredcross.bsky.social. This is my second time for platelets.
I lost one of my colleagues to cancer, and another colleague is fighting now. There isn’t much I can do for her at this point, but I can do this for someone.
And, I got socks…😊

Ellie found a short twig on the sidewalk and played with it. No laying down or sudden zoomies. It was a good relaxed walk 😊

まだチューリップの球根買ってなくて焦っているのだけれど、うち地域の今冬は例年より寒いらしいのでいけるかもしれない。
ここ数年は毎冬どんどん暖かくなっていて、去年のチューリップは発芽しても咲かないか、見栄えしない花ばかりで、もう止めようかと思っていたところ。冷蔵庫に入れて10週余り冷やしても、成績悪かった。
私はチューリップは全部鉢植え。というのも、球根系は犬に毒なので、直植えしない。プラス、全部リスに食べられる気がする。

前にCT はやった事あるけれど、今回は初のCT with contrast 体験。口の中で鉄の味がするとか、体内で温かい感じがするというのは読んだけれど、「放尿感がするかもしれないから」と言われて「何それ⁈」と思っていたら本当にキタ😂 膀胱が温かくなるのかな、不思議な感覚、本当には出なかったけれど😆
CTの前に沢山水を飲むように言われ、その後もまた沢山水を飲んでアイオダインが体内から水と出るように頑張る。午後からすごく眠くなった。「アイオダインがメタボリズムを一時的に低下させるので、疲労を感じる事も」とあったがそれなのかな？まだ染料が体内に残ってるサインだからと、引き続き水飲みを頑張る。
CTの前に沢山水を飲むように言われ、その後もまた沢山水を飲んでアイオダインが体内から水と出るように頑張る。午後からすごく眠くなった。「アイオダインがメタボリズムを一時的に低下させるので、疲労を感じる事も」とあったがそれなのかな？まだ染料が体内に残ってるサインだからと、引き続き水飲みを頑張る。
