It really isn't worth working as efficient as possible or trying as hard as possible.
There's absolutely no payoff. I'm not talking the wage. I'd get that even if I took twoc as long.

fantastic week
gone down to 5mg maintenance. constipation seems to be hte only effect which i'm countering with lots of chia, flax and fibre bread.
aside from that feeling good. size 32" jeans feeling loose too.

never heard of it but i was getting itching on a small spot on my back. allodynia apparently i've never heard of it but someone said this is what it was and how mounjaro can cause it. i had a trapped nerve which went away after some massaging but this

#mounjaro wise i've been maintaining around the 166lb mark. food noise creeps back in occasionally at 5mg. gonna hit the gym monday morning. get soem cardio going again.

went to a restaurant she wanted to go for a while. we ordered the same dish. i ordered the spicy one for her and mild for me. she went to the dentist a few days ago and her mouth has been hurting. to me this was something muscular rather than her being unable to eat spicy food which she normally has

From my starting weight of 228 to go to 162 is incredible.
went for a night out on satuday for the first time in about a decade. felt so strange not having the belly bounce around as i danced away.
my feet have shrunk too. from 9.5 to 8.5 now lol

i thought i'd actually put weight on this week. felt a bit bloated. gone down to 5mg this week. with the panic about pens i'm extracting 5mg from my pens now. to be fair i'm not far off from target. i'm looking to buy enough to last me the next few months.

had a bit of a fuller week due to eid. ate a bit more than normal - went for a meal the day after too.
being off work for 4 days i dont get many steps in otherwise but i'm back at work 2nite will get them in

another good week but i made the mistake of not having a laxative for a few days and it caught up. that was a painful push. now i've gone the opposite way and i fear i may poo in my sleep
