I’ve been on vacation from work for a week. My boss has text me every day to “check in” even after I asked him to stop and let me enjoy my time off. I muted him, but his android having a** just pushed the messages through anyways. I go back tomorrow and I might crash out.

I understand your opinion on this but, for me, a gift is a gift. If you’re not willing to spend the money then that’s ok. Just gotta acknowledge that it’s a you thing and not on the lady especially if they didn’t ask you to send them anything. And I truly say this with respect and no shade.
