Pushed myself to a new distance PR today and first time out taking on fuel during the run. It definitely helped as I tend to tire around the 12k mark. Maybe half marathon distance in a few weeks!?

Easy paced 15k today. I was bit apprehensive about the rain but it was quite enjoyable after about 10mins. Soak through tho.
