Been a while since I said hello here, put on to much weight, so obviously started beginning of Jan to be good again, although nasty cold/bug stopping me exercising im watching what I eat…. Here I go again. Hope your all well on this stormy Friday (uk) 👍🏻

Since I’m sharing my arty attempts today, I’m trying to finish this one which has been a long term project 😬 (it’s going to be mnt. Fuji surrounded by the red autumn leaves eventually) but I’ve been feeling the artistic urge a bit more in the last few days

Got the house work done, and after all the wind and rain the garden was looking a bit of a mess so I took advantage of the warmer day to have a tidy, still nice to enjoy the changing seasons in the garden

So I stepped on the scales this morning for the first time in far to long, the news was not good, seems I let things go again, so today I’ve really tried to get back on track…. Here we go again 😬 need to loose some weight and get in shape

Many nudists go out of their way to emphasize, "I only engage in non-sexual #nudity." As if sometimes enjoying sexual nudity would ruin all that they stand for.
Me, however? I enjoy nudity, both sexual and non-sexual. Both are life's wonderful gifts. And I'm very proud of both.
