Cheat days had and amazingly I still lost weight.. 24 lbs in total.. 4 to go until second stone 7 to go until second stone bracket..
I even had a McDonald’s yesterday as I was mildly hung over and I didn’t really go over.
Back to the deficit today! #caloriecounting

I have two cheat days coming up soon, one of them is this Friday as I’m at comic con and the other is Halloween.. where I am going to the pub.
Today marks a total loss of 21 lbs. 12lbs until next stone bracket and 6lbs until my second stone loss. I’m pretty happy with myself :)
