Wrapped Ghost of Yotei. Either my PS controller has a bad response or I just don’t find the game’s combat all that crisp. Still really enjoyed it, but more for the story and lush world than the actual fighting. Side quests were also *chef’s kiss* and didn’t feel repetitive as Tsushima.

70 hours later and Hades 2 is still that good! I never thought I’d spent so many times in a roguelite. What a perfect game! I do hope they add more Nemesis content in future updates, pretty please 🥺

Whoever designed that Vi clone in Dispatch and made her straight it’s gotta be a dude. The only way to fulfill their fantasy of having their desire reciprocated. Kinda gross. At least put some effort into an original design instead of that copy-paste stuff.

Hades 2 is truly a masterpiece. I had enjoyed the first one, but I was obsessed with the sequel. Time to play it all over again. And I loooooove Nemesis, my muscled goddess.

Hades 2 is truly a masterpiece. I had enjoyed the first one, but I was obsessed with the sequel. Time to play it all over again. And I loooooove Nemesis, my muscled goddess.
Herdling is one of 2025’s best games. If you’re in need of alienating yourself from reality and politics, it’s a very soothing, meditative experience.

Went to see Freakier Friday and wow… what a waste. How does this have 70%+ on RT?? Just a recycled, worse version of the first one. Nothing new, not funny, and honestly the worst movie I’ve watched this year. 🥲

It’s been a while since I played something scary (I bailed on Alan Wake 2 a few hours in because I was way too stressed for that sh*t), but I’ve been vibing with The Midnight Walk and its cozy horror vibes. I did scream at a jump scare tonight though 😳

I can’t believe I missed The Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood in 23! I absolutely loved it. I was so hooked and captivated by the writing and characters. Better than my current playthrough of DS2, which is fine and all but not the masterpiece people have been claiming it to be IMO (so far).

Played only a few hours of Death Stranding 2 and so far it’s very much like the first game. But I heard things will take a turn so I’m looking forward to that. I do hope we get to see more of Fragile (love me some Lea Sedoux)

Started playing Lost in Random: The Eternal Die and it’s fun and all, but with Hades 2 early access available it’s tough to not compare both games. Hades is truly a masterpiece… feels like I’m wasting runs there by playing any other rogue like instead.

South of Midnight is a gorgeous lush game. The sounds and colors are *chefs kiss*. Combat is where it lacks for me. Repetitive fights and clunky gameplay. But overall it’s a 7,5 for me. Definitely recommend. Great story, beautiful animation. Worth it IMO

Completed my first 10 days of Blue Price and I think I’m starting to get the hang of it. It still feels a bit repetitive and I wish I’d made more progress but the clues are starting to fall into place and I like getting more of the mystery. Rogue games work better for me when I’m into the story.

Completed my first 10 days of Blue Price and I think I’m starting to get the hang of it. It still feels a bit repetitive and I wish I’d made more progress but the clues are starting to fall into place and I like getting more of the mystery. Rogue games work better for me when I’m into the story.
I’m not ready to stop playing Clair Obscur but soon I need to move on. Might go back to South of Midnight… and then there’s the new Death Stranding coming up.

I thought Sinners was a lot of fun, but the hype was so real that ultimately I left the theater a little underwhelmed. Really great movie though.

Took me a beat to finish Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, but I finally wrapped up the story and I loved it. Probably a 8/10 and I very much want a sequel. I loved the girls friendship, the 90s vibe, the soundtrack and voice acting. I might replay it to see how different choices play out.

not surprised TLOU s1 was great and 2 is a mess. One is so easy to adapt frame for frame while the other requires way more nuance and complexity, having to update the game to a new media while still delivering the essence of what is a masterpiece. Unfortunately the writers couldn’t deliver IMHO
