I felt that they put too much on him! It was Cowardice like 382 other Law Enforcement & he had only 8 minutes of being the lead person! The other Law Enforcement left the Chief of Uvalde ISD in charge for 77 idle minutes was wrong! Texas manages to fail at Emergency Situations! No Leadership!
