Saw this posted elsewhere, figured I would post share it on Bluesky also. This site helps find gyms with wrestling classes for adults. BJJ and MMA are usually pretty easy to find but wrestling can be harder, so I think this is a cool tool. 🥋 #Wrestling

Honestly, sometimes I enjoy a good #BJJ open mat even more than a class. Instruction and focus on a technique is important but cutting your teeth and testing yourself to see if you can apply your skills in a live setting is important too and so dang fun! 🥋

Finally got back in the #BJJ gym today after being gone for the holidays. It felt so good to be back in some ways, but God the Holidays got me out of shape. Guess I will be working my scarf-hold position and just squishing people till I get my cardio back!
