Returned to a very special place: Platja de la Mar Bella in Barcelona. This was the beginning of my naturist journey, my first ever nude beach. I have grown so much in the years since I first came here and it was surreal to come back to the place that started it all!

Maybe one of the coolest (actually hottest!) places I’ve ever gotten naked. The caves at Indian Hot Springs in Colorado were such a unique way to relax and connect with the natural world.

This is the best piece of advice for new nudists who are nervous. It’s a big perspective shift, but the ticket to gaining confidence in your body is just getting naked and doing it! The point is to accept yourself as you are *today,* because the moment you feel “confident enough” will never come.
Don't wait until you're more confident to get naked. Get naked, and you'll become more confident!

The last half of my 2024 California trip was in San Diego. 9 years before these photos, I paraglided above the beach at Torrey Pines but never got the chance to descend the millions of steps to the bottom. It’s absolutely worth the hike! #naked #nudist #nudism #blacksbeach #nude #naturist #naturism

Bill and I attended a naked barbecue & pool party today at our friend Michael’s house. Great food and even greater company; about 30 attended. Some we knew and more we now know! The best friendships start off nude, as the essence of ourselves. Especially wonderful to see @idratherbenaked.bsky.social

Spending the day at my favorite nude beach, Blind Creek! Would highly recommend for any first timers, as it’s quiet, friendly, and clean. ☀️

I wrapped up 2023 with a visit to see some college friends in Austin TX. So naturally, I had to get naked and see what Hippie Hollow was all about. The ducks loved it as much as I did!
