This news is so refreshing. How extraordinary to have wise leaders committed to peace! I'll pray for them. 🙏
Since coming to power in December 2024, Syria's new leaders have pursued a path to peace grounded in wise understanding. The transitional government has committed itself to building a cohesive nation out of the many warring factions that long divided the country.

As one of the world’s oldest, continuously inhabited cities, Damascus is home to many ancient Souks (markets or bazaars). They are a testament to Syria being a crossroads of civilization and walking through them is like a journey through its rich cultural history.
