Example of a Comprehensive Plan (CP) in action: Did you know Occoquan is a Bird Sanctuary? We sure are, and we are proud of it! You can see it on the signs at our Town borders. This past month one of our Commissioners asked, "What does being a Bird Sanctuary mean?"
