I enjoyed reading @nature.com’s article on the use of AI in scientific research - and then taking the questionnaire myself to really tease out my own thoughts on the issue. When is it okay to use AI in our research (if at all)? Is disclosing our usage enough?
Is it OK for AI to write science papers? Nature survey shows researchers are split
Poll of 5,000 researchers finds contrasting views on when it’s acceptable to involve AI and what needs to be disclosed.
