Senator Ruchti is right. Idahoans deserve answers for every tax dollar. A nonpartisan report just flagged serious problems with how money is being spent at Idaho Home Learning Academy, a virtual public charter. Idaho should fix the accountability gaps, not expand them with private school vouchers.
