Today was a hard day in recovery :'<
I'm switching off of stronger pain meds and I didn't realize so I sorta waited for the same ones to come. Then I had a traumatic episode in the hospital and starting sobbing. I'm still a bit sad, but @ryanretriever.bsky.social was MVP and helped pull me out. 👑🦮
