ICE and BP have 3,000 personnel in MN. MN national guard around 11,000 members. Local police maybe 2,000.
So why don't they mobilize MN NG and police? Cuz they don't know where the loyalties lie.

The protestors in Minneapolis are doing a huge service for the rest of the country. By capturing the inhumane practices ICE is inflicting on the local population, maybe ICE can be ended.
