I'm now a pinball state champion.

I keep expecting this to be some kind of weird dream, but this is the real deal.

The amount of validation for both my skill and identity are immeasurable.

Today proved more than anything else that Pinball Is For Everyone.

Elluin and Vethonion are right up there. Elluin took over the Summer Court of Faerie following a coup and needed someone non-fae in his court as a sign of good relations. Vethonion fled from Drow society due to being persecuted for how they identify and stumbled through a portal into Faerie.

I'm having work done in my office, and since the wall is torn open, I decided to leave a surprise bonus for the next adventurer. 🍗
A wall under construction. There is a drywall panel up on the upper part of the wall and no lower panel, showing studs and the backside of another room's drywall. Tools, ladders, and a drop cloth are in the carpeted floor. On the backside of drywall, between two studs, a roast chicken is drawn with the inscription: +80 HP. This is in reference to Castlevania and the mysterious meat you can find by breaking a wall.

Learn how to play Battletech in '94 with some cutesy anime flair!

I've shared the cover of one of the Fujimi Dragon Book Fantasy File guides for D&D before, now here's one for Battletech.

Absolutely adorable stuff, especially the crew at the bottom.
A scan of the cover of the Fantasy File with chibi-ish mechs on the cover (Wolverine, Shadowhawk, and at the back is one of my fave battlemech designs, the Marauder). Also seen are big ol dice, a hex board, character and mech sheets, and various anime soldiers and mech jockeys at the bottom gathered in a group as if they're players.
