Elluin and Vethonion are right up there. Elluin took over the Summer Court of Faerie following a coup and needed someone non-fae in his court as a sign of good relations. Vethonion fled from Drow society due to being persecuted for how they identify and stumbled through a portal into Faerie.

My take on the Greek witch Circe. She has floating red hair which lights up underneath. She wears a golden neckpiece and shackles that imprison her to the island of Aeaea. She wears a purple and pink chiton, covered by a golden belt. Attached to her shackles she has long flowy ethereal fabric of the same material as her chiton - a symbol of her imprisonment by her father Helios. On her head she wears two golden conches, a gift from her nymph mother.
