I'm so confused as to what to do.
I've collected warhammer 40k for about a year now, and the space marine force I have has been stripped and repainted once already. I like the black armor, but I feel like though it looks good, it doesn't pop out on the tabletop. Should I switch to the bone color?

Struggles of a starting warhammer Miniature painter.
Why must layering, glazing and highlighting be such a pain. Hell highlighting shouldn't be hard but I find it hard to have a steady hand for some bits.
