So Trump wants everyone to stop talking about Epstein. That’s the best reason I know for continuing to talk about it. By the way, it’s not a hoax nor were only Democrats involved.

#COP30 witnesses China taking a massive global lead in the production of renewable energy. Whilst here in the UK we are firmly focused on whether or not the BBC is biased and whether our immigration system is fit for purpose. We need to wake up and get in the game.

When billionaires make large donations to Reform, you know in whose interest they will be working and it won’t be the majority.

“Reform MP's comments about adverts 'racist', says Streeting” The MP in question failed to point out Reform is over represented in our media and particularly by the BBC.

“Trump raises tariffs on Canada by 10% in response to Reagan advert” - childish behaviour.

I have nothing but contempt for the glorification of war that we are seeing today.

Any country that has supplied Israel with weapons, along with Israel, should pay for the reconstruction of Gaza.

“Professor facing death threats for teaching anti-fascism is blocked from leaving the US” @theguardian.com This is yet another instance of fascism in action. All US citizens should be worried.

Nigel Farage seems to fit in with the Maga politics, maybe he should consider moving permanently to the US.

It’s not just the thousands of innocent people that the Israeli government has slaughtered, it’s the livestock, farmland and ancient olive orchards, basically removing the ability to support human life in Gaza.

After the meeting with Generals it looks like democracy is being dismantled in the US. Threats to defund NYC if a Democrat wins, troops on the ground in Democratic cities. It’s not Russian interference you need to worry about.

UK digital ID: would you trust the government with your data? Well you trust Facebook, Google, X, Instagram, Siri, TikTok… So what’s the issue?

Instead of HS2 we should have been linking trains from Scotland, Wales and the regions of England to the channel tunnel high speed tracks. That way you could run services from around the UK directly to Europe.

About time, ID cards for the UK.

It was good to see our Government’s response to the Trump ‘healthcare’ announcement today. Calling out his nonsense needs to be done more often.

I think that we are beyond the point when we need to relocate the United Nations. Move it away from the USA.

Insolvent recruitment firm acquired by former owner who owed it at least £1.2m - The Guardian reports today. This sort of thing is legal and fairly common when small businesses go into administration. It should be stopped.

The truth: we need migration.

The problem: too many politicians are terrified to say it.

Why? They're led by a) toxicity of the charlatans & b) wealthy media organisations who demand these useful distractions rather than us talking about inequality.

Reject it. Draw the line.

I don’t have an issue with immigrants, but I do have one with people in cafes and restaurants with dogs. I was in one recently, in Harrogate of all places, where the dog was on a seat drinking from a bowl of water on the table! Needless to say I haven’t been back.

“It’s a statistical fact that all the violence in the USA is caused by the far right” I can’t prove that statement to be correct but then neither can those who claim it is all the fault of the far left.

With Reeves latest proposals to get rid of Regulatory bodies, the Labour Party is rapidly turning into the Tory Party. Thank goodness we still have the Green Party.

Actions speak louder than words. What makes Israel so special that no government seems to be prepared to take action rather than just verbally condemning their horrific attacks?
“The UK government must unequivocally condemn these strikes and urgently suspend all military cooperation with, and arms sales to, Israel."

@elliechowns.bsky.social reacts to Israel's bombing of Qatar and ongoing genocide in Gaza.

Surely the answer to stopping the small boats crossing the Channel is to target the suppliers of the boats. The boats seem to be remarkably alike, so who is manufacturing them and who is supplying them to the criminals?

Putin and Netanyahu are emboldened to act as they like, committing death and destruction across the Globe. Emboldened by whom? Donald Trump of course, the great peace maker, or maybe not. Who fails miserably to reign in these awful people.
