This is childish. You think it is his style to melt down? That is a very creditable result against an extremely good side who have been in Europe for 5 years on the spin and are unbeaten at home in 17 European ties. If you want guaranteed European victories you’re supporting the wrong team. Grow up.

Brilliant

And it was hot.

Boly and Morato is not a centre back partnership that can defend anything beyond the18 yard line. Ange is going to have to pretty quickly adapt or trust some youngsters.

He’s played 3 games in 8 days on the back of no football so even without a knock I can understand protecting him. The whole shape immediately fell apart though. Shame Nico wasn’t fit enough to replace him.

Looked like his hamstring 🫤

My understanding is that he couldn’t be registered as a medical by club doctor had to be submitted and as he was signed late on deadline day and was with the Ukraine squad that was impossible. Not that it was a selection decision.

I’m reading it too- he just quit the job at third division Greek side Panachaiki (Christmas 2008). Interesting read so far, as mentioned in the book he has a hell of a hinterland.

As a forest fan that quote you pulled from the intro stood out, I sent it to my dad.

Don’t think Marinakis listens to idiots on Bluesky to be honest! I totally agree with you, having appointed him and looking to be playing some pretty impressive football within about 5 training sessions I’m tentatively optimistic. Nuno was great for us, but clearly wanted out. Support the manager.

Best take I’ve read on here.

We shouldn’t be happy with 17th in December and neither should he. If that’s the case it would prove the managerial change/shift in style to be (at least short term) an error. This is a top half squad in the short term, possible upside beyond that.

..bankroll him further.

Pessimistic about how we’ve so suddenly deflated the mood from last season, how Nuno so abruptly lost the faith and what I saw with my own eyes with Ange’s Tottenham last year.

Could really do with a couple of results and performances to lift the spirits in next fortnight

Conflicted on a number of of counts.

Optimistic about the core of the team from last year, the new signings and the fact that Ange is the most successful manager we’ve had in years. And in Anderson, an inform MGW and Murillo he’s got exceptional players to work with. And an owner who will…

Fully agree

I’m afraid the repeated top 4 challenge is an unrealistic expectation for Forest at this stage. Try and relax and enjoy us being in the Premier and in Europe. Best most of us have seen for a long time. The football promises to be pretty exciting this season and some great fixtures.

He can’t play against Arsenal

Some truth in there but (deliberately?) poorly written and after clicks

Beautiful record that, just about perfect heavy psych

Well written and interesting piece. Very much felt that with MGW off form and N’Doye and CHO not getting much joy it fell to Aina to cross too often without success and often from angles that made it easy for West Ham.

Nuno’s got a job on to find more threat if we’re going to have >50% possession.

I don’t agree with that, but my post was about Jose Mourinho.

This is a terrible take. Truly terrible. Stick to whatever it is that you do.

Very impressive to pick on Kingston there- it’s an absolute dive. The most boring place in the UK?

I got Panathanaikos away to close out the group. Tasty.
