Pep: I think we are feeling better going into this game after the last two games and winning at Swansea. Liverpool have had good performances too, like against Real Madrid. We have the weapons to change things from the bench if needed #ManCity
November 7, 2025 at 2:24 PM
Pep: here you arrive at these games with a sense of rivalry it’s different with El Classico. We have created this rivalry with Liverpool and before it was Utd/Arsenal/Liverpool. #ManCity
November 7, 2025 at 2:24 PM
Pep: I agree with Alex Ferguson that football is about the players, it’s not false humility from me. Working hard is the key.
If Arsenal continue they way they are going it will be impossible to catch them but they have to come here and you never know what can change. #ManCity
November 7, 2025 at 2:23 PM
Pep: I have never betrayed the fundamentals of my football beliefs - I have changed but never changed what I believe in.
There is no team that doesn’t have dips, but doesn’t define the culture of the club, whether that’s us or Liverpool #ManCity
November 7, 2025 at 2:23 PM
Pep: Liverpool has pushed me to be the best version of myself and we have pushed them to be great too. Wins, defeats are all part of the wonderful journey. The experiences I have had have been unbelievable here, at Barcelona & Bayern #ManCity
November 7, 2025 at 2:22 PM
Pep: I can’t say I imagined 1000 games in management, I have been blessed.
If I have to choose on rival, this would be best, especially with Jurgen.
I have a high opinion about Liverpool.#ManCity

Erling: it’s a special match for me I have friends there and only good things to say about Dortmund. Cherki is a great guy with good qualities. We need to help him. He has this special talent a bit like KDB.
#ManCity

Erling: my main goal in my career is to help Norway get to World Cups and Euros. I wasn’t born when it happened last.
I’m the same person (kid) than I was before, more experienced of course and life. Same Eeling with more experience #ManCity
November 4, 2025 at 1:01 PM
Erling: I felt really good in preseason, I felt energised. You need that to play good. I don’t see myself as being at the same level as Messi and Ronaldo, nobody can get close to them.#ManCity
November 4, 2025 at 1:01 PM
Erling: I like to help the team out defensively but of course I prefer to be scoring in the other box. Just because I’m scoring goals I don’t want to claim to be something I’m not. I’m from Norway that’s how we are. #ManCity
November 4, 2025 at 1:00 PM
Erling: I had 57 goals one season but I don’t think about records. I focus on the next game. It’s about how I need to think.
I don’t plan celebrations so we’ll see what I do next time. I feel I’m getting better, practising my headers starting in Molde with Solskaer & Dempsey. #ManCity
November 4, 2025 at 12:59 PM
Pep: I try to organise training and in games so he doesn’t have to run all the time so he gets less injuries and of course he helps in defence too.
The young generation embraces social media and they can do what they want as long as they respect the club #ManCity
November 4, 2025 at 12:40 PM
Pep: how you adapt & adjust is crucial with so many games and players.
Finding a player like Haaland is difficult, someone with generosity and kindness. Of course he wants to score goals but he cares #ManCity
November 4, 2025 at 12:40 PM
Pep: Haaland has played against Dortmund before. I’ve played with false nine with Messi, Number 9 with Lewandowski, not I have Haaland. We adapt to the players we have #ManCity

Pep: if we are winning we are close if we don’t we are not. I have the feeling that the way we apply and have Rodri at his best we will be there to fight for everything. I’m really optimistic. #ManCity
October 31, 2025 at 2:18 PM
Pep: having Cherki & Foden together in the same team will be exciting. In some games where opponents have more physicality we will play in different ways.
I’ve been so lucky with different coaches I’ve had in my career. It’s a joy to work with Pep & Kolo, they taught be a lot.
October 31, 2025 at 2:18 PM
Pep: it’s impressive how Bournemouth have adapted after selling so many great players.
It feels like the Premier League is back how it used to be where every team can beat another which is good for spectators #ManCity
October 31, 2025 at 2:17 PM
Pep: strikers thrive on confidence so Marmoush will be better for scoring at Swansea. Semenyo is an extraordinary player.
Teams not in Europe can prepare better but we are used to playing games every three days. #ManCity
October 31, 2025 at 2:16 PM
Pep: Haaland is fit for Sunday, Rodri might be able to help, maybe from the bench. Bournemouth have been a consistent team for a couple of years. Tough opponent.
It’s an honour to see Foden play 200 games for the club of his heart. #ManCity
