Wow! Biden completely outsmarted Trump with his executive order to permanently ban drilling in 625 million acres of ocean.
Biden didn’t just sign it, he invoked the 1953 Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act.
Trump can ONLY undo it with an act of Congress or in the courts.
