Unfortunately they seem to have opted out of translating this to English, but any of the tools for doing that should be good enough. tl;dr: 100 million NOK to be set aside to recruit foreign (mostly American) researchers next year, more info to be published n may. www.regjeringen.no/no/aktuelt/1...
