If you were to start your SAAS journey all over again, what would you do differently?

I am considering switching from Stripe to Adyen because Adyen can accept payments with local cards from countries that Stripe has blacklisted, as well as provide global payment options.

I recently discovered that Netflix and Spotify currently use Adyen.

What do you suggest?
