How often do you self-reflect? Taking time to think about your daily or weekly actions can help you understand yourself better and identify areas to grow. This is a skill that has really helped with my personal development. #selfreflection #mentalwellness

I was so nervous presenting my knowledge mobilization strategy and analytics in class this morning! Even though I was well prepared, that little voice of self-doubt still crept in. But the feedback was amazing, and my classmates were so supportive! Feeling relieved now! 😂 #KnowledgeMobilization

We’ve come a long way in the fight against inequality. Learning about the struggles and victories of women, Indigenous, Black, and disability movements gives me hope. There’s still work to do, but history reminds us of how far we’ve come. #SocialJustice

Spread the word to your friends, family, and even your little ones—we all need to focus on strengthening Canada. Support our economy by choosing Canadian-made products. Many people are already doing this, but we need to step it up. We will not be the 51st state, let’s fight back any way we can!

For one of my classes, I am analyzing the police response during the Ottawa ‘Freedom Convoy’ compared to protests led by Black and Indigenous people confirms the deep-rooted colonialism that continues to exist systemically within our institutions. Racial prejudice is real and continues to fester.

It’s all about perspective. When we view our failures as lessons instead of setbacks, we stop drowning in self-pity and start building on those lessons to succeed in the future. The key is how you choose to see it. #lifelessons #selfgrowth

I visit the mall three times a week, wandering around, stretching my legs, and quietly observing the people around me. It’s my little escape; alone time spent in the hum of life. But with the recent wave of jewelry store robberies in GTA malls, I feel a bit uneasy about continuing this routine.

Isn’t it strange how some people get angry when you can’t simply move on after their toxicity? They overlook the hurt they caused and expect you to just let it go. To them, it’s not that serious; they decide you should forgive them, regardless of whether you’re ready or not. 🤔

Had an insightful group chat today about gender equality, focusing on HeForShe—a UN Women movement that actively involves men in the fight. Fun fact: Emma Watson is its face, and I just learned about it! Loved the discussion and hope it sparks change at the grassroots level, not just nationally.

We live, we learn, and along the way, life’s lessons shape us. Through self-reflection, I’ve discovered the power of truly knowing and loving myself. Self-love is the foundation of everything; when you embrace it, success feels sweeter, and challenges becomes bearable. Stay hopeful! 🙏🏾
