I highly recommend Handbrake. it's useful, even for you Discord non-Nitro users.
The 60-second limit is a bit of a plus-minus though. Short enough for viewers to take but kind of hard for us to package it.

Ok this tool is super great for reformatting videos to fit for bsky!!! If anyone (LOOKING AT MY RIGGING MOOTS) is struggling with the 50MB file size limit check this out!
