YOUR TURKEY NEEDS TO COME OUT OF THE FREEZER TODAY 🦃
ATTENTION: today is the day to take your turkey from the freezer and put it in the fridge for thawing

As a former professor who retired early partially due to the increasing use of AI mindlessly, I wholeheartedly agree.
“History shows us that the right to literacy came at a heavy cost…those oppressed recognized that literacy is liberation. To my students & to anyone who might listen, I say: Don’t surrender to AI your ability to read, write & think when others once risked their lives & died for the freedom to do so”
I Set A Trap To Catch My Students Cheating With AI. The Results Were Shocking.

NEW ANGLE

Watch and decide, but I was never fully convinced he was shot in the first place. Never mind that his ear should’ve been blown off—now completely healed. Or that the Secret Service took their time getting him offstage.

But from this angle: you see the photographers guided into place…

It's interesting that Paradise, Severance, and Silo are hit shows about a group of people trapped in a controlled environment by a group of rich people who are lying to them about the basic structure of their reality.

Probably says a lot about where we're at as a people!

@espinsegall.bsky.social As usual, loved your interview with @petedominick.bsky.social. I could definitely relate to your statement about now understanding how other countries could so easily get taken in by lies because that's what we in Canada see happening in the U.S. We've (hopefully) learned.

This take is accurate. Stand Up with @petedominick.bsky.social would be a perfect example of an excellent broadcaster that could use big name boosting, with a built in audience. Ron himself went on Pete's show, it was great! Time for the party big wigs to hit the small time and lift all boats...

I swapped the Twitter app’s location with Bluesky. Incredibly effective.
I now have had too many moments where I open twitter, stop, immediately close the app, and open Bluesky instead.

Like there are now very little reasons to check Twitter anymore tbh. And I deeply love that for me 😌
