If PIS were the Tories, and Poland was the UK, then with just 36% they'd have a massive majority in parliament. Luckily, Poland has PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION, which means their governing coalition has to represent a MAJORITY of the voters. That's REAL democracy.
