Let's be clear, Miller is the most dangerous man in America. He controls Trump and GOP representatives, who are nothing more than subservient lemmings to his far right agenda. God help US citizens.

I voted Labour in the hope that Starmer would lead the party and country with courage and strength. Instead he has become a Trump sycophant and has shown, form the recent U turns, he must bow to the hard left of the party. A lesson learned for centralist voters.

As the world adapts to Trump's isolationist America, this article suggests that he has in fact shackled the US, taking it down a path of being less dominant rather that Making it Great Again

European Parliament to stage urgent debate on Hungary's 'spring clean' law

It seems to me that the EU needs to show its teeth and eject Hungary form the union. Hungary, under Orban is aligned to Putin and clearly looking to shackle wider collaborative working.

Slink away like a coward': Academics slammed for abandoning Trump's America.

This may be a patriotic call to arms, but a little unfair. With a hostile administration attacking academia and the Democrats in hiding, what choice do academics have if they want to thrive.

The Trump administrations wrecking ball approach to policy making is fundamentally flawed. A simple impact assessment would highlight the negative effect of policy decisions. Instead, a rushed and poor policy decision, will now seriously damage US agricultural output.

Starmer has done well to temper the effect of US tariffs, but let's be clear, the UK is still worse off than it was 2 months ago. America has become a protectionist state that has an extortionist trade agenda, led by a mafia style government and wanabe godfather in Trump.

Trump says 'May 8 ‘Victory in Europe Day’ (VE Day) will become ‘Victory Day for World War Two.

Victory day for WW II would be August 14th when the Japanese surrendered. May the 8th was the day the war ended in Europe, hence the VE notation. The man is a buffoon.

I get the feeling that Keir Starmer's negotiations with Trump are falling into the Chamberlain appeasement camp at the moment. I recognise the UKs difficult economic position and reliance on US trade, but he should not risk British subjugation to an extortionist US state that cannot be trusted.
