High winds and heavy snowfall can bring outages. Blizzard conditions — like the ones forecasted for much of Manitoba — bring additional, rapidly-changing hazards that take more time to safely assess and respond to. If your power goes out during a winter storm, it may take us longer to restore.

Wpg - Pembina/Pulberry: We need to take an outage tomorrow to safely trim trees that have grown into overhead power lines. Power will be out from 9am - 3pm for about 550 customers. Trees are one of the top reasons for outages in MB — this work will help prevent longer, sudden outages. #mboutage
