OMG.

Trying to figure out how to make cream cheese. Right now it resembles thick joghurt (which it technically is) but we will get there eventually!

I know this one but I hated the giant roots that filled up my smallish tank unfortunately...maybe I am thinking of something else though

Ah but these look fine! I would suggest adding some floaters like duckweed. It is the most efficient way of absorbing phosphates....unless you have no way of getting rid of the excess duckweed you will inevitably get lol

Do you have a picture of the tank? Maybe the number of plants might also be too small! The more there are the less phosphates are left of the algae

Additional Co2 helped me in that regard. It helps the plants to process the excess nutrients in the Tank before the algae can. The latter seems to be much less efficient in doing so.

Found something in my letterbox...I just wonder...can one of these grow in a container? We will see!

I can only imagine the bailout package they are drawing up for themselves.

As the saying goes, privatize the profits, and socialize the losses.

I also feel like it attracted viewers by intentionally trying to be a cringeworthy watch - there is a big audience for that

My latest sourdough bread. 80% whole spelt and 20% whole rye flower.
Slowly getting the hang of working with sourdough I think. This was the best one yet. Maybe a little too doughy in the center.
