Had my tubes removed yesterday!!! Recovery is very easy so far (which is a relief because my pain meds got called into the wrong pharmacy so I can’t get them until Monday now—oops). I stayed the night with my parents and go home today, but it’s been pretty okay!

I think what I hate the most about getting constantly hit with news, even when I'm not checking, is that it puts me so on edge that the most minor thing will set me off or break me down. Which I know is the point of the chaos but I could live without that.... Like I have stuff to do....

Mental health update: me and my therapist made 2 follow up appointments for the usual time frame in case we miss one for any reason. I feel (and was told look, too) noticeably better after the appointment, so now I’m ready to start the weekend
