Comparing to og film spitting Killian into 2 character just feels disjointed, The evil tv host is more fun than just another evil CEO, which makes Colman Domingo as the host a waste, which sucks because he was one of the things I was excited about going into
The Running Man, That was a disappointment, it’s political satire wasn’t funny, its action is too few and far between and not great, the writing felt like something out of a later borderlands game or bad episode of adult animated comedy, the ending was rushed and how it’s presented is just absurd

Channel 52 by Freddie E. Williams II was serialised in the back DC comics, it recapped the events of n52. Hosted by anchor Bethany Snow, lifestyle reporter Calendar Man, sports Vartox and investigative reporter Ambush Bug , (archive thread of them)

RIP Richard Gott. After putting it off for ages, I recently read his exploration of Che Guevara's life in the LRB. Written in 1997, it's a document of socialism at its lowest ebb, as the man who identified Che's body once again finds the man beneath the legend. www.lrb.co.uk/the-paper/v1...

Read the original Mask comic by Mark Badger, a artist first time writing it has its technical problems but the story was great, I didn’t expect it to be about the evil’s of the CIA/America but pleasant surprise, its featured in Dark Horse Presents 10-15, 18-21, if you want to read it’s not very long

Happy NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD Day to all those who celebrate. George Romero's classic (an all time fave of mine &one of the movies I've watched too many times to count) was released OTD 57 years ago. A couple of years ago I was lucky to do a theatrical re-release poster for it for @studiocanal.com

God damn it, I’m so sad this is ending, but I’m happy it existed at all, miracle for a character get a book this good, excited for what team goes to do next , keep a eye out
Issue thirty-one of GREEN ARROW will be my final issue on the title. It's been fantastic to work with Montos, Buddy, Hass, Adriano, and Chris Rosa on the book. More than that, it's been a dream to work on a character like Ollie for DC Comics. I'm bummed we have to end things here...
