🗣️ What’s life really like in a Solihull care home?

We spoke to residents and their families to hear what’s working and what needs to change.
People praised kind staff and safe, respectful homes.
But there were also calls for better activities, more staff, and clearer follow-ups about feedback.

Our Chair, Richard Burden, has strongly opposed the government’s plan to remove Healthwatch. 

“Scrapping Healthwatch England is dangerous and dismantling local Healthwatches like ours would be just as damaging.”
