Cavs up 63-41 on the Pistons at the half.

Detroit shot just 13/43 from the field, 6/18 from distance, has 11 turnovers and 18 fouls. Cleveland has been in control from the jump.

The fouls are definitely a problem for the Pistons so far, but they also only have four assists to nine turnovers. And the Cavs have capitalized on those for 14 points.
