First she got a taste of his paw, then his wrist and forearm. After convincing him she’s a capable predator, and stirring some other feelings, it didn’t take her too long to prove just which end of the plate bears belong on.

Val's first date with Gly! They met after some friends fixed them up, Val’s matchmakers tired of trying to dissuade her from swallowing up dates and convinced Gly would be too big to stomach. First she got a taste of his paw, then his wrist and forearm. After convincing him she’s a capable predator, and stirring some other feelings, it didn’t take her too long to prove just which end of the plate bears belong on. Two panels, the first depicting Val seated with Gly's arm stuck down her throat. She's thinking 'What a sweet bear.. He's going all the way!'. He's saying "That's... That's a neat trick... ..I.. seem to be stuck..." as he can't pull his arm away from the eager predator. Second panel shows Val with a full belly, bulges implying it's Gly inside, and an inset view of him enjoying his time inside. His glasses are tossed to the side, Val's chair from the first panel is shattered under their combined weight. Val's first date with Gly!
